Do not disable the power cord grounding plug. The grounding plug is an important safety feature.

Plug the power cord into a grounded (earthed) electrical outlet that is easily accessible at all times.

Unplug the power cord from the power supply to disconnect power to the equipment.

Do not route the power cord where it can be walked on or pinched by items placed against it. Check the plug, electrical outlet, and the point where the cord extends from the server.

WARNING: Do not disassemble power supplies, to reduce the risk of injury from electric shock hazards. Refer all maintenance, upgrades, and servicing to qualified personnel.

WARNING: To reduce the risk of personal injury from hot surfaces, allow the power supply to cool before touching it.
Warning
The Ice Lake CBox (DELL) requires one power supply for normal operation. On power-redundant systems, remove and replace only one power supply at a time in a CBox that is powered on.
If the handle of the PSU flashes in an amber color, the PSU is faulty and must be replaced.

Release the power cord from the power supply strain relief strap if necessary.

Disconnect one end of the power cord from the rack power supply, and then the other end from the PSU cable connector socket (2).

Push the release latch (1) in the direction shown in the image below, to release the PSU.

Pull the PSU handle (5) to pull the PSU out of the power slot.

To replace the PSU, insert it into the slot. This operation can be done while the Ice Lake CBox (DELL) is powered on.
